On Sunday 25th June 2023, I am going to run the Southport 10k, in memory of my lovely friend Jess, and in aid of The Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital Charity (LHCH Charity).
Tragically, Jess passed away unexpectedly and suddenly - aged just 22 - on 13th November 2021 due to unexplained acute heart failure. Jess is incredibly missed, and the world sparkles a lot less without her.
In Jess' memory, I want to raise funds for The Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital Charity, who do incredible work saving lives, supporting their patients, and continuing to raise awareness of heart and lung conditions in both adults and children. All proceeds will go directly to the LHCH Charity.
Anything you can possibly spare - even just a few pounds - helps this brilliant charity continue their work.
